The Residential Tourist Group "Alberghiera Venezia" originates from over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. In Venice, our Group has 20 new luxury apartments elegantly furnished and equipped for tourism with weekly or short-term rentals, 10 of which are without "architectural barriers". Each unit has a kitchen / living room, complete with dishes, utensils and a double sofa bed, a bedroom, bathroom with shower. In addition, television, air conditioning, soundproof windows are present in every apartment. The building is located in the Cannaregio area, near the Casino.
